Our products are Disney-inspired fashion designed to bring the magic of Disney to your everyday wardrobe. While we capture the essence of Disney magic, please note these are not official Disney products unless specifically stated.
How do I choose the right size for my child?
Each product page includes detailed size charts to help you find the perfect fit. We recommend measuring your child and comparing to our charts for the most magical fit. When in doubt between sizes, we suggest sizing up for growing Disney fans!
Ordering & Account Questions
How do I create an account?
You can create an account during checkout by selecting “Create an Account” after entering your email address. Having an account lets you track orders, save favorites, and makes future checkouts quick as Cinderella’s transformation!
Can I change my order after it’s placed?
We process orders with pixie-dust speed (often same day!), so please contact us immediately at [email protected] if you need to make changes. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request before your order ships.
I forgot my password. How can I reset it?
Click “Forgot Password” on the login page, and we’ll send you a magical link to create a new password. The link will expire after 24 hours for your security.

Where do you ship?
We spread Disney magic worldwide! We ship to most countries, excluding some Asian and remote regions. During checkout, simply enter your address to confirm we can deliver to your kingdom.

- Standard Shipping ($12.95 USD): 10-15 business days via DHL or FedEx
- Free Shipping (orders over $50 USD): 15-25 business days via EMS

What if my package is delayed?

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Some items like costumes may have different requirements – please check the product page for details.
How do I return an item?

How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Bank processing times vary, but typically appear within 5-10 business days.
What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
