Who Can Make Returns?
Our returns policy is available to all our beloved customers across the globe (except some remote areas where our fairy dust doesn’t reach). You must be the original purchaser with proof of purchase.
When Can You Return Items?
You have 15 days from the delivery date to request a return for most items. The item must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In its original packaging with all tags attached
- In the same condition you received it

To protect all our customers from evil spells, these items cannot be returned:
- Costume Accessories (for hygiene reasons)
- Ear Hats & Headbands (to prevent the spread of fairy lice)
- Any personalized or custom-made items
- Items marked as “Final Sale” in our magical marketplace

- Receive Return Instructions: We’ll send you a return authorization number and shipping instructions within 2-3 business days.
- Package Your Items: Carefully pack your items in the original packaging. Include all tags and accessories.
- Ship Back to Our Castle: Send the package to our royal address (we’ll provide this in our email). We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
- Wait for Inspection: Once received, our quality-check elves will inspect your items (this takes 3-5 business days).
- Receive Your Refund or Exchange: We’ll process your refund or ship your exchange within 3 business days after approval.

Once your return is approved:
- Refund Method: Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Processing Time: Allow 3-5 business days after approval for the refund to appear in your account.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Exchange Shipping: You’ll be responsible for shipping costs to return the original item. We’ll cover shipping for the replacement item.
International Returns
For our royal customers outside the US:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
- Refunds will be issued in US Dollars; exchange rates may affect the final amount in your local currency.
