We ship our royal products worldwide (though some remote areas may be beyond our fairy dust reach). Here’s how we get your items to your castle:

Processing Time:

Our workshop elves need 1-2 business days to prepare your order before it begins its journey to you.

Shipping Options:

• Standard Shipping: Via DHL or FedEx – arrives in 10-15 business days after shipping ($12.95)
• Free Royal Shipping: Via EMS for orders over $50 – arrives in 15-25 business days after shipping

🔄 The Enchanted Return Process

While we hope every item brings you joy, we understand that sometimes a costume might not fit just right or an accessory might not match your royal expectations.

Who Can Make Returns?

Our returns policy is available to all our beloved customers across the globe (except some remote areas). You must be the original purchaser with proof of purchase.

Return Time Frame:

You have 15 days from the delivery date to request a return for most items.

Return Conditions:

The item must be:

• Unworn and unused
• In its original packaging with all tags attached
• In the same condition you received it

To protect all our customers from evil spells, these items cannot be returned:

• Costume Accessories (for hygiene reasons)
• Ear Hats & Headbands (to prevent the spread of fairy lice)
• Any personalized or custom-made items
• Items marked as “Final Sale” in our magical marketplace

✨ The 5-Step Return Process ✨

1. Contact Our Fairy Godmother Team: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with your request.
2. Receive Return Instructions: We’ll send you a return authorization number and shipping instructions within 2-3 business days.
3. Package Your Items: Carefully pack your items in the original packaging with all tags and accessories.
4. Ship Back to Our Castle: Send the package to our royal address (provided in our email). We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
5. Wait for Inspection: Our quality-check elves will inspect your items (takes 3-5 business days).

💰 Refund Magic 💰

Once your return is approved:

• Refund Method: Issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
• Processing Time: Allow 3-5 business days after approval for the refund to appear in your account
• Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
• Exchange Shipping: You’ll be responsible for shipping costs to return the original item. We’ll cover shipping for the replacement item.

🌍 International Returns

For our royal customers outside the US:

• You are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit
• Refunds will be issued in US Dollars; exchange rates may affect the final amount in your local currency
